The creative ideation for this event was 360-degree submersion. None other than world-famous Bondi Icebergs Dining Room the ideal backdrop for this mission. The new Omega Seamaster Diver 300M timepieces were set amongst an installation of blue-hued translucent film featuring X-ray images of deep-sea life transforming this iconic location―large-scale light boxes that felt worthy of a Damien Hirst sculpture illuminated the floor, whilst the whole space was submerged in a deep blue light. Iceberg’s Head Chef, Monty Koludrovic, curated a bespoke menu designed to taste ‘like the ocean’ in a highly sophisticated form. Caviar was served in hand-crafted tins and Martinis served in ceramic vessels chilled by frozen ocean stones.
